Annabel and Huw's Romance in the Villa

A rustic, cobblestone path running through a stunning, Balearic villa led the way to Annabel and Huw’s magical ceremony, hidden away beneath blooming greenery and glowing in the warm, summer sun. Overlooking towering mountains and the shining Mediterranean Sea, the bride and groom’s wedding day was a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, filled with class, beauty, and love. “As soon as I saw the villa’s beautiful mix of rustic and modern, I knew it was going to be special,” bride Annabel explains. “After seeing the views, we just knew our guests would be stunned. Everything instantly appealed to us, and we knew it was the right venue!”

As the bride and groom decided to host their special day abroad in Ibiza, their original guestlist of one hundred turned into eighty-eight – the perfect number for the intimate, personal ceremony the couple were aiming for. “As my family is between England and Wales, and Huw’s family are between Scotland and England, it was the first time they’d all met and come together,” smiles the bride. “It was almost surreal to have all our friends and family in one place.” To have all of their favourite people together to witness their celebration of love was a dream come true for the couple. Friends and family from all around the world travelled to be a part of their special day, and so the bride and groom were able to share the happiest moment of their lives with all of those who mean the most to them. 

Bride Annabel stunned in her elegant, A-line gown – her flowy veil and princess sweetheart neckline adding to the graceful, stylish look. After trying on six previous dresses, she finally found ‘the one’ – even choosing not to change into her second outfit during the afterparty, wanting to spend as long as possible in her dream dress. “Every girl always envisions their wedding day, and wearing their perfect wedding dress, and I just couldn’t believe in that moment that it was happening to me,” gushes the bride. The groom’s off-white suit harmonised with the rural, natural colour scheme of the villa – looking pristine and dashing to match the beautiful aesthetics of the ceremony perfectly.

From a photobooth to an interactive singer, to an ice cream truck... This special couple’s wedding was filled with quirky, unique details to add even more fun and memorability to their day for all involved. As the bride’s father had passed away four years prior, emotions of every kind were high during the intimate celebration, and so the reunion of family and friends from all over the world meant a great deal to the newlyweds and their guests alike. The wanderlust-struck pair plan to honeymoon either in their favourite holiday destination, the Bahamas or try somewhere completely new, like the Maldives! Whichever they choose, they are excited to travel on this brand-new adventure as husband and wife.
