As I enter the fourth year of my cake business, it's worth mentioning that I've been baking and decorating cakes for my children since they were young. Now, they are all grown up and making waves in the world! My energetic black *Labrador, who is 11 years old but
behaves like a 2-year-old at times, adds more joy to my days. Many wonder if I ever tire of decorating cakes, but the truth is, I absolutely love it! The anticipation of the final masterpiece excites me. It serves as my escape from the chaos of my busy day-to-day job in hospitality.
