Our wedding day was the perfect occasion to unite all of our loved ones spread across the globe. Having an intimate celebration was never in the books; we wanted a true and grand wedding reception, and that’s what came true thanks to Angela Salzano, our dedicated wedding planner who sourced our awe-inspiring venue, Cala Moresca. We hosted nearly 200 guests, travelling to us from different parts of the world and the venue provided the elegant and glamorous setting we desired for our wedding. Its breathtaking sea views, especially at sunset, were at the top of our list when choosing a venue. We wanted to amaze our guests with the location’s beauty and Cala Moresca, with Angela’s guidance, delivered.

Angela placed special focus on the particulars. The wedding was infused with the essence of ancient Naples, evident in every detail. Amalfi paper was used for the handmade invitations, and guests were given hand-painted fans. The wedding favours were especially unique: handcrafted eggs featuring a painted scene of the venue and Pulcinella, an iconic Neapolitan figure made of terracotta and adorned with antique book pages. The idea for the favours came from our wedding planner, Angela Salzano, who understood our desire for originality. From the church ceremony to the reception and after-party with a DJ, the wedding was unforgettable. The celebration continued the next day with a pool party and brunch for guests who stayed on.

Angela took me under her wing and guided me to choose a custom-made Michela Elite Atelier gown. It was an emotional experience, handcrafted and 100% Made in Italy. Inspired by princesses of the ‘50s and ‘60s, the dual dress featured a French rebrodé lace bodice, hand-embroidered with Swarovski crystals, and a voluminous mikado silk skirt with a cascading bow. The precious veil, secured with a Swarovski crystal and hand-embroidered with needlepoint and fine cotton thread, completed the vintage glamour and couture artistry of the look.

Walking down the aisle was the most emotional moment. Before entering, Angela showed me a heartfelt message from my beloved Dario, making my emotions soar even higher. Arriving in front of the church and seeing all our guests inside waiting for me was overwhelming. Our wedding planner, Angela Salzano, was right there, offering her support and last-minute advice before I took that important walk. Then, the doors opened… I saw my little flower girls dressed in white, my bridesmaids lined up, and the sound of the organ playing. It felt like stepping into a dream, and Angela was there, like a guardian angel, ensuring that everything was perfect. I couldn’t have done it without our expert wedding planner; trusting her with our special day was the best decision we could have ever made.
