Jane & Paul
Tuscany, Italy

The couple’s wedding in Italy unfolded as a three day festival of joy, sunlight and togetherness. They stayed first at Villa Nemora, where their pre-dinner celebration took place, before moving to Villa La Selva Wine Resort, which became the setting for their ceremony, wedding day events, pool party and second accommodation. Both villas offered the sense of freedom and natural beauty they had always imagined for their celebration, and together they created the perfect backdrop for what they lovingly named Festival Dell’Amore.
For the couple, calling it a festival felt entirely fitting. As they explained, their wedding in Italy was not simply a wedding party. It was a festival of love. There was a real sense of stepping into a bubble of happiness, and leaving it at the end felt almost impossible. Each day unfolded like a chapter in a film, filled with its own scenes, emotions and unforgettable moments.

The wedding day itself glowed with emotion and beauty. The morning began slowly and softly with three hours of preparations that felt almost ceremonial in themselves. The bride’s first look with Paul and their children was one of the most cherished moments of the entire celebration. Their ceremony, led by the warm and calming presence of local celebrant Giuliano, took place among the vineyards and olive trees, creating a setting filled with both atmosphere and meaning. After the vows, they wandered through the fields for their video and photo session, soaking in every second.
Music was at the heart of the celebration. The couple wanted the lively spirit of a real festival, which meant that every day needed its own soundtrack. They mixed Italian musicians with performers from home, and even brought in a headliner from Estonia to set the mood for the late night party. For the bride, who values a great DJ more than any table decoration, having her favourite Estonian DJ join them felt like a dream come true.

Dinner that evening was joyful and full of feeling, with heartfelt speeches that brought both laughter and tears. The making and cutting of their wedding cake became its own charming moment.
Although they love Estonia deeply and even considered marrying there, their countryside home did not offer the space or the festival atmosphere they dreamed of. Choosing a destination wedding allowed them to take their guests away from their daily routines and invite them into a real celebration, where no one had to rush home the next morning.
The bride credits their planner, Merily, as essential to making everything possible. Merily understood this completely and helped simplify every decision. In the end, the decor felt magical, and it perfectly reflected their vision of rustic elegance.
