My fiancé visited for a fun two-night stay at the start of the summer season, exploring the collection of restaurants on offer whilst being looked after by the excellent team. Complete with the pool and newly opened beach club, signature W ‘wet deck’ and spa, beyond the collection of hotel facilities is a place for celebrations that brings couple’s unique visions to life whilst honouring the magic of the island through food, music and gorgeous views.
Glow Rooftop, exclusive W Wow Suite, to the newly launched Yellow Fish Beach Club on the sandy shoreline. To warm up the party (or to keep it going) is the hotel’s brunch experience with eggs and dessert stations complemented with a mimosa bar. Ensuring a first impression makes a lasting memory, the events team create stylish welcome experiences with a variety of themed bars: from the classic Spanish sangria bar or glasses of local cava to a specialist spritz, margarita or mojito bar to kickstart celebrations in style. These locally inspired options can be served to guests alongside the familiar favourite of smoked salmon blinis with a flavoured cream cheese, tobiko roe, which photographs beautifully. Meanwhile, for the main event, W Ibiza will create a swathe of salads to plates of grilled squid, fresh seabass and Italian-style chicken. To finish fruity desserts step into the limelight with options such as a lychee mousse, a lemongrass crème brûlée or a red fruit pannacotta. A variety of options from a children’s menu with go-to favourites for the little ones is also available.
